Lapillo is a monocultivar of Nocellara dell'Etna, a typical variety of the volcanic territory around the Etna volcano. As all our production is produced by our farms in certified organic farming and boasts the "Nebrodi Sicily" mark of excellence.
The olives are harvested by hand early so as to obtain a higher organoleptic quality with a lower quantitative yield. The oil is then cold pressed in a certified organic mill to avoid alterations in the qualitative and organoleptic characteristics of the fruit.
It is classifiable as a medium fruity, with light bitterness and a spicy taste that pleasantly tantalises the palate, prolonging its elegant scents.
