It is not possible to postpone the delivery date after the order has been dispatched, it is important that the customer is at the destination address indicated when filling out the order, or has a representative at the address indicated when filling out the order, in the days following the order, to allow the Courier to make the delivery.
If the Courier does not find anyone at the address provided for delivery, it will make a second delivery attempt. If the second delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to the recipient not being present, the goods will be stored by the courier. In the case of cash-on-delivery deliveries, if no payment is received, the storage period begins immediately. All costs relating to the storage and return of the goods shall be charged to the customer before the goods are released.

Società Agricola Semplice Virzi' undertakes to guarantee the perfect condition of the products upon delivery to the carrier. If, on arrival of the goods, the products are visibly damaged, the customer must not accept the delivery and must notify the carrier in writing. A copy of this objection must be sent to Società Agricola Semplice Virzi' by e-mail to email@example.com within and no later than 12 hours from the date of the event.
If the procedure is respected and it is demonstrated that the goods are seriously damaged, Società Agricola Semplice Virzì guarantees a refund to the customer by replacing the goods or paying the price paid.
The customer must send a copy of the objection to Società Agricola Semplice Virzi' by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org within and no later than 12 hours from the date of the event.
