Right of withdrawal

The customer has the right to exercise the right of withdrawal by returning the purchased products.

The exercise of the right of withdrawal requires the return of all, and never just one part, of the purchased products in perfect condition and adequately packaged. In case of exercise of the right of withdrawal Intini srl will refund the customer the full amount of the returned goods, excluding shipping costs where applicable, within 14 days from the date on which the notice of withdrawal was received.
